Information we collect
Account: nickname, email (via AWS Cognito), and saved preferences. Usage: pages visited, device, browser, and approximate IP-based location. Cookies: to keep you logged in, remember your language, and measure traffic. Mobile app: camera (cards are read on the device; no images are uploaded), trade messages and tournament chat (with reports and blocks), games and ratings, collection, decks, instant trades and tournaments you create, a push notification token, and App Store purchases (processed by Apple).
How we use your information
- Provide and personalize the service (saved decks, collections, tournament participation).
- Authenticate you and protect your account.
- Analyze traffic and improve features.
- Show relevant advertising via Google AdSense.
Third-party services
Google Analytics 4 (anonymized first-party measurement), Adsterra (ads), Amazon affiliate links, AWS Cognito (authentication), and the Scryfall API (card data). Mobile app: Google AdMob (ads, with consent in the EEA), Expo (push notifications), and RevenueCat (App Store purchases).
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.
Children
MTG Picker is not directed at children under 13.
