AI-Powered Draft Advisor
Our built-in AI advisor analyzes every card in the pack and recommends the best pick based on card quality tier ratings, color commitment, mana curve needs, creature-to-spell ratio, removal count, and card synergies with your existing picks. Toggle it on or off at any time — perfect for beginners learning what makes a good draft pick, or experienced players looking for a second opinion.
How It Works
- Choose a difficulty level: Casual (relaxed bots, great for learning), Standard (balanced), or Pro (sharp bots that fight for rares)
- Open a pack of 14 cards, pick the best one, and pass the rest to the next player
- Repeat for 3 packs (42 picks total), alternating pass direction each pack
- Build a 40-card deck from your picks plus basic lands
Draft Tips
- Prioritize removal spells and efficient creatures in early picks — they are always playable regardless of your final colors
- Stay open in pack 1: take the best card regardless of color, then commit to two colors by pack 2
- Aim for roughly 15-17 creatures, 6-8 spells, and 17 lands in your final 40-card deck
- Watch your mana curve — prioritize 2-drops and 3-drops, and avoid too many expensive cards above 5 mana
- Pay attention to card synergies: the AI advisor highlights cards that work well with your existing picks

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the AI Draft Advisor do?
The AI advisor scores every card in the current pack based on multiple factors: card quality (tier rating from S to F), how well it fits your committed colors, your creature-to-spell balance, mana curve gaps, removal needs, and synergies with cards you have already drafted. It highlights the best pick with a gold glow and shows detailed reasoning when you hover over each card.
How do card synergies work in the draft simulator?
The advisor uses AI-generated synergy data for each set, identifying which cards work well together in Limited formats. When you hover over a card in the pack, it shows which of your already-picked cards synergize with it and explains why.
What is the difference between the difficulty levels?
Casual bots pick loosely with high randomness — bombs and rares often wheel back to you, making it great for learning a new set. Standard bots commit to colors after 3 picks and value rares sensibly. Pro bots commit early, fight hard for rares, respect color synergy, and punish off-color picks.
How many cards should be creatures in a draft deck?
A typical Limited deck runs 15-17 creatures out of roughly 23 non-land cards (the rest being instants, sorceries, and other spells). The AI advisor tracks your creature-to-spell ratio and flags when you need more creatures or more spells.
Can I turn off the AI advisor?
Yes, the AI advisor can be toggled on or off with a single click during the draft. Your preference is saved so it persists across sessions.
