common

Emergency Phytomedic // Seed Suture

Creature — Dryad Cleric // Sorcery

Seed Suture puts a +1/+1 counter on a creature, which triggers Mabel's ability to put a +1/+1 counter on a creature that entered this turn, effectively doubling the counter output when a creature enters alongside the spell.

Tam's Resistance

Sorcery

Tam's Resistance puts a +1/+1 counter on a creature, and if a creature entered this turn, Mabel's trigger also fires, stacking counters efficiently and building a large threat quickly.

Greenhouse Propagator

Creature — Cat Druid

Greenhouse Propagator entering triggers Mabel to put a +1/+1 counter on it, and its life gain synergizes with any life-matters cards while also being a mana producer that helps curve out.

uncommon

Vigorbloom Vanguard // Seed Suture

Creature — Troll Druid // Sorcery

Vigorbloom Vanguard enters and can cast Seed Suture to put a counter on a creature, triggering Mabel's ability; additionally, Vanguard gives vigilance to creatures with +1/+1 counters, synergizing with the counters Mabel distributes.

Warrior's Blades

Artifact — Equipment

Warrior's Blades enters and deals 3 damage to any target while gaining 3 life, and equipping it to a creature that already has +1/+1 counters from Mabel reduces the equip cost, making the equipment package very efficient.
